Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 4: Release date, weapons, operators, and more

A new season is coming

Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 4

Even though it's still a few weeks away, Season 4 is approaching fast for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone players. The leaks have already started to come in, revealing a few of the stuff we can expect this time.

While we wait for more reveals, whether through official announcements or more leaks, we have gathered all the information known so far about this upcoming season.

Release date

Season 4 for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone is set to begin on Wednesday, May 29, right after the current battle pass expires. A new update will add the new content and will be available to install at 9:00 am PT (5:00 pm BST).

Battle.net players will get the chance to preload the update a few days before, while PlayStation players' preload period usually starts a few hours before the season's launch.

If the format remains the same and barring any delays, the season should last about eight weeks and will feature a mid-season update.

Leaks

As we mentioned before, there have been a few leaks regarding the content this season will bring. Most of these leaks were discovered after the patch for Season 3 Reloaded arrived.

The leaker realityuk_ on X revealed that there are some strings in the files indicating that Frank Woods will be added as a new operator.

The arrival of this popular character from the Black Ops series might indicate that Treyarch's next Call of Duty will be revealed during Season 4, as the operator could be offered as a preorder bonus.

On the other hand, here are some of the weapons found in the files that would most likely be added this time:

  • STG44
  • Kar98k
  • Spas-12

Once we get more information about this next season, we will update this article to add all the new details.
