One week following the conclusion of the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta, M80 decided to bench Leonardo "Kyno" Figueiredo. The player had been part of the Brazilian core of the roster since he joined XSET from Oxygen Esports.
According to M80's announcement, an announcement will come shortly regarding the organization's plans heading to the Six Invitational 2023.
Since M80's acquisition of XSET's Rainbow Six Siege roster, the Brazilian-majority team played in the Six Invitational 2023, the BLAST R6 Major Copenhagen, the Gamers8 2023, and the BLAST R6 Major Atlanta.
In July, the North America League squad was very close to winning its first international title as they reached the Gamers8 Grand Final. Unfortunately for them, the team lost by 0-3 against Team BDS.
Meanwhile, the team couldn't perform as expected in neither of this season's BLAST R6 Majors as they could only get one victory out of a possible seven.
