When does Battlefield 6 come out?

Battlefield 6 is scheduled to come out on Friday, October 1st. There won't be any early access on launch, meaning all players will get to play at the same time, regardless of the edition they acquire.

The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, ditching last-gen consoles for the first time in the franchise. DICE confirmed a Switch 2 version is not on their plans, meaning we probably won't see the title on Nintendo's newest console.

On top of the standard edition, the game will feature a Phantom edition, which is digital-only and will offer in-game rewards apart from the game.
