UPDATE - Since this was reported Daave has announced his departure from the roster completely.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE - Trippen had been playing alongside his teammates of Daave and ThinkingNade all the way since Season 5 under the org BitterSweet, where his team came joint 5th, and then in Most Wanted eSports during Season 6, where he finished 4th. This means the team will have to find and integrate a replacement for a player they have been playing alongside for around a year.

While streaming on Twitch, Redeemer explained Trippen’s reasoning for the change (which you can watch here), stating that he “just really needs a break right now”, while Trippen stated on Twitter that it was a “team decision”.

Spacestation Gaming, with a roster consisting of Chala, Redeemer, Daave, ThinkingNade and Trippen had a pretty good season during Season 7 of the Pro League, finishing joint 3rd after losing to Rogue in the playoff semifinals. However, last weekend they had a disappointing DreamHack Austin outing, as they failed to get out of their group after losing to the recently promoted Pro League team of Noble eSports.

Aside from Trippen, rumouring concerning Daave's [departure from] the team have also been swirling, with many suggesting Shuttle as a possible replacement.
