For two years in a row, Luccas “Paluh” Molina is SiegeGG’s number one player in the world.
A tournament that doesn’t have Paluh in the top five, if not three statistically is an aberration. Playing par for the course is underwhelming. Paluh has truly been excellent over the years – his position on the SiegeGG top ten players of the year list seems like a formality at this point.
The year wasn’t terribly kind to Liquid, but a pair of exciting young additions to the squad pushed them to a stellar finish at SI 2022. Additionally, Liquid were a semifinalist at the Mexico Major – by their standards, maybe an underperformance, but not a bad year all things considered.
For two years now, Paluh has been almost inarguably the best player that has not won an S-Tier event. Team accolades aside, the crownless king and lean on the number one player in the world accolade – with his performance, he’s certainly earned it.
