Multiple gameplays of Battlefield 6's battle royale mode have leaked online

Get familiar with the place

Battlefield 6 BR teaser firestorm

After the short teaser we received during the multiplayer reveal event, we are still waiting for EA and DICE to reveal Battlefield 6's new battle royale mode. However, a few clips have started to make the rounds on social media, giving us a first look at the map where the mode will be played.

In one clip, a player drops onto a mansion sitting on top of a hill, surrounded by other luxury estates. Given that the map is based on Los Angeles, California, in the United States, we assume this is located in the high-end neighborhoods of the city.

After landing, the player explores a little bit of the mansion interiors, but doesn't show anything more. We believe this is an early build, given that the textures don't look polished, and since recent Battlefield Labs leaks haven't shown anything battle royale related. Here is the clip in question:

The next clip shows the player dropping into the port area, showing us the swimming mechanics, and even using the sledgehammer to destroy some walls:

In this third clip, we see the player dropping into a more desert-like area of the map, where some industrial buildings are located:

A test session for the battle royale is expected to take place soon for Battlefield Labs members. This mode is expected to be free-to-play, and a separate experience from the main Battlefield 6 title, similar to how Warzone is for Call of Duty.

Nonetheless, we still don't know if the mode will be available once the main title releases. We will have to wait for more information regarding its release. In the meantime, you can check this article to read all the major details about the game before it comes out.
