After being available for over a month, Riot has decided to open the Valorant console beta to all players.

This means that users wanting to get in and try the shooter game from their PlayStation or Xbox won't have to sign up for a code on the official website or get an invitation from a player with access to it.

It was previously rumored that the beta would end on this day and launch globally for all players. However, Riot is still calling this a beta, so we might have to wait more for an official release.

The console version still doesn't have all the content available in the PC version, with a few maps missing from the rotation. The next map coming to the beta should be Icebox, which will drop alongside the next update.

Unfortunately, not all regions will have access to the Valorant console beta as it will only be opened to the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, and Brazil, according to a post released on Valorant's official X account.

It's also worth mentioning that the Valorant console beta will include cross-play between PlayStation and Xbox.
