Team Liquid releases mcunha as analyst retires from Siege

Team Liquid have released Marcelo "mcunha" Cunha who is now retiring from the scene to focus on academic formation.

Mcunha joined Team Liquid from Team Isurus, where he reached the grand finals of the Série B. His methodology opened the doors of the blue cavalry, where he competed since early 2021.

While working as an analyst, Mcunha reached the grand finals at the Six Invitational 2021 and the Six Jönköping Major, where they lost to Ninjas in Pyjamas and Team BDS respectively. He also reached international semi-finals at the Six Mexico Major and the Six Charlotte Major.

Although internationally he couldn't get himself any silverware, he did so in Brazil. Mcunha helped Team Liquid to win the BR6 editions of 2021 and 2022. He also won the Copa Elite Six 2022 Stage 1.

According to Mcunha's TwitLonger, he will combine his studies with his hobby: being a DJ.
