Rogue signs Spoit after ripz departure

The rookie will debut in Stage 2 of the EUL.

Following Jan “ripz” Hucke's departure from the team on May 26, Rogue has now signed the hot prospect William “Spoit” Löfstedt.

Despite being just 18 years-old, Spoit has been around the Rainbow Six Siege scene for a few years now. With 547,000 subscribers on YouTube and more than 280,000 followers on Twitch, he is one of the most well-known content creators in the game.

Spoit has been touted as one of the most mechanically talented players in Europe and his signing means that Rogue has built a roster that looks incredibly different to the one the team had at the Six Invitational 2022.

Following March’s signings of Juhani “Kantoraketti” Toivonen and Tom “Deapek” Pieksma, and now Spoit, the German core has been replaced by a full-European mix.

Spoit will have his professional debut later today, as Rogue will take part in the Gamers Without Borders closed qualifier for a chance to compete in the finals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Rogue most recently finished Stage 1 of the EUL in sixth place, despite seeming like locks for a spot at the Charlotte Major, after a collapse in the final few play days.
