Marvel Rivals is filled with obscure characters from the comics, so it’s no surprise that Hit-Monkey will also be coming to the game. Having appeared in a number of Deadpool comic books, mostly as a supporting character, fans were still shocked to see him leaked for the shooter. Based on the success of Jeff the Landshark and Luna Snow, this character should fit in just fine.
Considering how Hit-Monkey is a literal monkey with guns, this character should fit really well in Rivals. The Punisher, Bucky, and Star-Lord have excelled as gun users in the game, so it will be interesting to see how Hit-Monkey does. Only time will tell if this character will be top-tier, but fans are more than curious to try him out.

Release date
At the time of writing, there is no release date for Hit-Monkey’s Marvel Rivals debut. While the anti-hero’s data has already been leaked, figuring out the release date isn’t going to be easy. It’s too soon to rule out Season 1, though we know the Fantastic Four will debut there, so fans will have to wait for that trailer.
Recent leaks have shown that development time doesn’t mean much for a character’s release date, as Invisible Woman and The Thing were seen as underdeveloped. Now that these two characters will be part of Season 1, pretty much any character is free game to debut whenever they want.
Abilities
XOXLEAK has been able to datamine some of the abilities Hit-Monkey will have in Marvel Rivals. The discovered skills are still rough and in early development, so fans should take them with a grain of salt.
