You saw a crosshair you like? Here's how to steal it

How to copy a crosshair in Valorant

If you've been playing Valorant for a while, you've probably seen some other players use some cool or interesting crosshairs and wondered how to copy them. The customization settings for the crosshair allow for a large number of variations, meaning that it's also pretty difficult to replicate a design just by looking at it once.

Fortunately, there is a simple method you can use if you wish to steal (or at least try) someone else's crosshair.

How to copy a crosshair in Valorant?

The process of copying a crosshair of someone you are spectating is pretty simple. If you are in a match watching one of your teammates and see a crosshair you like, here is what you need to do:

  • While spectating your teammate, hit Enter to open up the chat box.
  • Type the command "/crosshair copy" or "/cc" in the chat box.

Once you do that, the settings for the crosshair of the player you are watching will get saved into your account. After that, you just need to go to open the Settings menu, select the Crosshair tab, and pick the newly copied crosshair settings in the Crosshair Profiles option.

This process only works on normal round-based matches, meaning that you won't be able to copy someone else's crosshair on modes like Escalation, Team Deathmatch, or Deathmatch.

You can have up to 15 crosshair profiles saved into your account, so make sure you have some free space at all times in case you encounter a design you would like to try during a match.

How to import a crosshair code?

Another way to copy a crosshair is by simply asking/looking up the code and importing it into your account. Once you have the code of your desired crosshair, here are the steps you need to follow:

  • Open the settings menu and go to the Crosshair tab.
  • On the Crosshair Profile option, hit the button with the arrow pointing downward to open the Import Profile box.
  • Once you're there, paste the code and hit Import.

As you can tell, you can use this method if you get a crosshair code online or if you ask the owner of the crosshair for its code.
