EDward Gaming have defeated FUT Esports in the second match of the day following victories on Lotus and Bind. They are the second Chinese squad to win a game at the Valorant Champions Seoul after Trace Esports, who defeated Team Vitality in Group C.

The Chinese roster quickly took control of the series with a temporary 7-1 lead in the first map. After the teams swapped sides, EDward Gaming quickly restored their six-round lead as they placed the 10-4 on the scoreboard. Despite the Turkish's best efforts to produce a comeback, the Chinese squad won on FUT Esports' map pick Lotus by 13-9.

The second map of the series, Bind, followed a similar script. After the Chinese roster grabbed an early advantage, the Turkish side had to produce a comeback to stay alive. After swapping sides with a four-round lead for the Chinese squad, FUT Esports managed to draw the scoreboard. Unfortunately for them, EDward Gaming reacted just in time and prevented FUT Esports from pushing the series to the third map.

With this result, EDward Gaming have moved to Group D's Winners Match and will play against G2 Esports for a chance to clinch a spot in the Valorant Champions Seoul playoffs. Meanwhile, the Turkish side will play against Paper Rex in the group's elimination match.
