DarkZero Esports eliminated from Six Invitational 2023 following loss to G2 Esports

DarkZero have gone dark.

After a very one-sided series against G2 Esports, DarkZero Esports have been eliminated from the Six Invitational 2023.

The Americans' playoff run has been brief. Yesterday, the Berlin Major champions KOI defeated the purple squad with an excellent performance by William "Spoit" Löfstedt.

As a result of the team's defeat, DarkZero fell to the lower bracket, where G2 Esports ended up sealing the North Americans' elimination. Jack "Doki" Robertson and Karl "Alem4o" Zarth led the Europeans to a very quick victory where G2 Esports won by 7-1, 7-5 scores.

The Charlotte Major champions came to the tournament with the recent pickup of Gaven "Gaveni" Black, who was yet to make his top-flight debut. Victories against Team Secret, Heroic, and M80 saw them finish in third place of their Six Invitational 2023 group.

Now, following their defeats today, it's all dark for DarkZero.
