After a few teasers at the start of the season, Call of Duty has finally confirmed that a new collaboration with the TMNT is coming to Black Ops 6 and Warzone.

The franchise already collaborated with said IP back when Shredder, the greatest enemy of the turtles, was added as an operator in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2022). However, it's time for a proper collaboration, and here is everything we know about it.

Release date

The Call of Duty and TMNT collaboration is set to arrive sometime in the second half of Season 2. The midseason patch will arrive on Tuesday, February 25, so we can expect the event to come out either during that day or a few days after.

Teaser

In case you haven't seen it, the game's official social media accounts posted the following teaser to confirm the collaboration:

Operators

Thanks to the first teaser, it has been practically confirmed that the turtles will be added as new operators for both games. This mean that you will be able to run around in your Multiplayer, Zombies or Warzone matches as Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, or Michelangelo.

The turtles will probably be available to buy through limited-time bundles in the in-game shop.

Weapons

Although it hasn't been officially confirmed as of now, the Call of Duty blog teased at the start of the season that we will see the turtle's signature weapons come to the game.

In other words, four melee weapons should be added with the Season 2 reloaded update to go with the event. These are the signature weapons in question:

  • Twin Katana (Leonardo)
  • Bō (Donatello)
  • Twin sai (Raphael)
  • Nunchaku (Michelangelo)

Since weapons are usually unlockable for free, we believe the base version of each one will be part of the event rewards. And the store bundles for the turtle's operators will probably offer weapon blueprints for each one.
