Apex Legends' Esports official X (formerly known as Twitter) account announced that the Apex Legends Global Series 2024 Split 2 Playoffs will be played in Mannheim, Germany.

The venue that will host the event will be the SAP Arena, which has a capacity of 15,000 people. While the venue is mainly used by the Adler Mannheim ice hockey team and the Rhein-Neckar Löwen, the arena will host the ALGS 2024 Split 2 Playoffs matches from August 29 to September 1.

Unfortunately, tickets to attend the event in Mannheim haven't been put on sale as of yet. However, these should be on sale soon, according to Apex Legends' Esports account most recent post.

The tournament will be played almost four months after the conclusion of the ALGS 2024 Split 1 Playoffs, which saw REJECT WINNITY defeating their opponents in the arena, with DarkZero Esports and Fnatic coming in second and third place, respectively.

Before heading to Germany, some of the teams will make a stop in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to compete in Apex Legends' Esports World Cup. The tournament will see some of the biggest gaming organizations facing off in Apex Legends' arena, including Fnatic, FaZe Clan, Team Liquid, TSM, Natus Vincere, and many more esports powerhouses.
