As announced by Ubisoft earlier today, the NA Finals will take place from the 11-12th of December. This event also holds the NAL relegation match to decide who will take up the ninth spot in the league’s 2022 Season.

NA League Finals

The top four teams from Stage 3 of the NAL will be competing in a single-elimination bracket for the NA title. These teams are as follows:

  1. Spacestation Gaming - Rampy, Bosco, Fultz, Hotancold, and Skys
  2. Oxygen Esports - FoxA, LaXInG, VertcL, Yoggah, and Kyno
  3. Soniqs - supr, Gryxr, Yeti, Rexen, and kanzen
  4. DarkZero Esports - Hyper, Ecl9pse, Panbazou, and Canadian

The tournament format sees the two best-of-three map semi-finals take place on Saturday followed by the best-of-three grand final on Sunday.

Last year TSM FTX won the US Division title, however, they failed to qualify for this tournament this year. In their stead, SSG will be the standout favourites after they won both Stage 2 and 3 of the NAL and were the only NA roster to make it into the final eight at the Six Sweden Major.

As with the regular season, the NAL Finals will be in a LAN environment in Las Vegas.

NAL Relegations

As well as this, Sunday, December 12th will also see the best-of-five matchup between XSET and Parabellum for a spot in the 2022 NA League tournament.

  1. XSET - Filthy, Creators, Razorr, Prod, and nvK
  2. Parabellum Esports - Spiritz, Eskaa, P3NGU1N, KoolAid, and Melted

Should Parabellum win this game this would make them the first Canadian team to compete in North America’s top-flight league since Eanix back in Season 3.
