According to an announcement from the team, Jordan "BKN" Soojan is no longer with DarkZero in any capacity.

BKN previously served as the team's Head of Content as well as its head coach. He also played in ESL's Pro League under the Ominous banner, and was also the head coach of Continuum and Evil Geniuses.

BKN is one of the North American Rainbow Six Siege scene's long-term veterans, and was with DarkZero as a coach from 2018-2020, and as the team's head of content from 2020-2022.

"Probably the most difficult decision I've had to make in my life," BKN said in a tweet.

"Past 3.5 years have been nothing short of life changing. I can't thank everyone enough. The Siege community, [Zach Matula], and all others that have pushed me to be a better me," he said.

BKN's "next chapter starts tomorrow".

Arguably, BKN's biggest moment in Rainbow Six Siege was his contribution to the best match of all time: Evil Geniuses vs. PENTA at the SI 2018 grand finals. Evil Geniuses were up 2-0, but were reverse swept to give the PENTA core their first hammer. Due to the high-profile, successful players on both sides in addition to the drama of the reverse sweep, it's rightfully described as one of the best matches of all time. Additionally, BKN was a grand finalist with EG at the Paris Major.

BKN was also one of DarkZero's coaches during their run to the grand final of Pro League Season 10 Finals, where they fell to NAVI 0-2. He also coached DZ during their push to fifth-sixth place at SI 2020, the organization's best finish at any SI to date.
